少なくとも一度でも「辞める」と口にした部下は、いつか辞める最大の候補です。どうせいつか辞める人間を昇進させたりする効果・価値が無いと考えるのが組織管理者にしてみれば当然ではないでしょうか。そんなロイヤリティの無い人間より、多少パフォーマンスが低くとも、モラルの高い人間にチャンスを与え、チャンスがきっかけで成果を出してくれれば、口うるさいベテランより、はるかにその組織は活性化するのではないでしょうか？　やはり「辞めますカード」は交渉の道具にはならず、ただの自爆スイッチに過ぎないのです。
