やっと今ごろ気づいたのだけれど、1日の制作時間を8時間で計算するからダメみたいだ。突発的な依頼とか、お客様との連絡や雑務なんかで数時間使ってしまう。さらに自分の力不足で予想外に作業時間がかかったり。1日の制作時間は、4時間の見当でスケジューリングしなきゃダメだったんだ、きっと。
